On tours from Kirkwall you can explore the rugged landscapes of the Orkneys and visit the fascinating Neolithic village of Skara Brae; while during your call into Invergordon you could go in search of the infamous Loch Ness Monster and immerse yourself in Scottish history amid the 15th century Cawdor Castle. In Ullapool there’s plenty to discover, including the award-winning museum and the town clock, which is said to be the most photographed in Scotland.

Next you’ll embark on three days of incredible scenic cruising, sailing into the heart of the Highlands via beautiful lochs and sounds. Sailing along Loch Linnhe to Fort William, you’ll enjoy unspoilt views of Ben Nevis – Britain’s highest mountain – while on a wonderful journey through the Sound of Mull, you’ll treasure the sight of the 13th century Duart Castle and the picture-perfect town of Tobermory. A day in Portree, from where you can discover many of the Isle of Skye’s highlights, including Kilt Rock, the ‘Old Man of Storr’ and Eilean Donan Castle is then followed by yet more scenic cruising along the picturesque Torridon, Shieldaig and Eriboil Lochs – the perfect end to your epic exploration of this beautiful part of Britain.
